Models Spinning In Circles Around Camera View

I can start up and load all models that I've tried thus far perfectly fine. There is some odd issue where every model I load tends to rotate in circles in and out of view of the camera. The only way to keep the models still is to change the camera view to that of "Use Model Camera" but that if highly unusable for what I need it to do.

I've tried uninstalling and redownloading both the 64- and 32-bit clients, but they both have the same issue. I've ensured that it is not an animation by modifying the animation speed, but it does not affect the speed at which the models rotate around the camera. I've also tried tweaking multiple settings. I have yet to find any fix for this.

Could someone please help me resolve this issue? I've attached my log file to assist in any debugging required, but I even looked through that and there doesn't appear to be any issues. (the upload continues to fail, so I'm going to include it below the text)
